i heard on the news tonight about a refugee from afghanistan who has apparently been released into society, and the story was espousing his contributions to australia. the reporter said that the immigrant learned how to bake bread in afghanistan and was now baking bread in australia.

my question is this: if he learned how to make bread in afghanistan, then how does that prove that he can bake bread in australia ? i think more analysis is required.
