Eh, worrying about whether I have a GF or not, but I hope I do, 25 years is too long of a curse!

My teeth, again!

I had a raging toothache yesterday and barely slept last night. Luckily I could get a dental appointment for first thing this morning and went along. Yes, I needed to have the tooth opened up and cleaned out, so he made a start on that. I'm still feeling a bit wobbly, sad and sore, but nowhere near as bad as I was yesterday, at least.

I'm sick of having dental problems. I no sooner finish one course of treatment than I need something else doing. I'm meticulous about cleaning them and try to keep my diet good, but my teeth just seem to disintegrate on me.

the damned sandwich shop/bakery had no normal bread slices today.
i was so annoyed that i failed to hear the woman's excuse.
i accepted their recommendation of a bread roll as a substitute and i begrudgingly obliged.

i got a plain egg (egg mashed in mayonnaise) roll and a corned beef and pickles roll. they were both unacceptable. i was thoroughly unimpressed. the bread rolls were kind of stale, and they were far more bulky than slices of bread.

there was too much "bread to filling" ratio and i had to again throw away food that i paid for.

then i decided to eat my vanilla slice. the pastry was burnt and it did not taste good. i then i had to stop eating it.

i am lucky i do not own any balaclava's. (joke)

if that shop disappoints me once more, it will be deleted from my small routine of food shops to visit. (no joke!)

London's ancient Underground subway system cheers me up in all situations, or rail transport in general. Hope this achieves the same :)

No shower before work this morning, hate what I have on, and went to a farewell party for one of the few co-workers I really like and everybody had cameras everywhere. Out of the past 15 years that I've worked here, this is only the 2nd time I've had to come in w/o washing first. :x Now she will remember me as the greasy-haired lady with spots in the striped shirt.

I don't live in london but I do have a lightrail and a caltrain maybe a few pints and napping on the train might help.
