There are a lot of board games in my room.

All radiator thermostats in my home are set at 19.5°C which is the maximum heat I can take.

I have a small pile of metal objects on my desk, nearly all of which i have collected on my way to work. I'll post a picture if i can get the possibilty.

There are numerous turtle figurines in my room.

One of my closet doors is perpetually open against a wall to make room for an extra rack of clothing. If you pull the door back, you'll find a life-sized cardboard standee of James Patterson staring right back at you.

I work at a bookstore and a while back we had a promotional "James Patterson Day", complete with a cheesy cardboard standee. It was so weird that I offered to take it home with me rather than just having it thrown out. There's a lot of really weird stuff in my room - giant dragon models, bizarre movie posters, plastic lobsters on the walls, a big pair of tentacles, thousands of DVDs and VHSes - but I think that's the one thing which would take everybody by surprise the most.

It's a bit messy but nowhere near as messy as my room was back at home. My mattress has no plush topper on it at the moment so it's kinda firm. My topper is dirty but it's too big for my washing machine .

I like to burn incense in my bedroom each morning when I air the room.

Yesterday I cleaned it and put up and decorated the plastic christmas tree I got for my birthday a few years ago. It hasn't looked so orderly and nice in ages.

My room has a small red Christmas tree that I set up last week. It has mostly cat ornaments, but there's also one that's an angel, a drum, a reindeer couple, and even a DeLorean that my fiancé got from Hallmark.com.

My room, like most of my house (save for the kitchen and my home-office desk) has no drawers. Drawers are places where things get forgotten-about, where dust and particulate-matter collect, and obscure belongings. Life is better with no drawers

It is my spot. It is the only place in the world I feel really safe. I can hide from the chaos of the world in my room.

If you pull the sheets off of my bed, there's a small(maybe 2-3 inch) burn mark on my mattress. One of my friends apparently had passed out on my bed with a cigarette in his mouth... you can probably see where this is going.

It's purple and very messy.
