Hat or no hat? no hat as, this morning I walked without a hat even if I appear odd looking in most other people's eyes..

A little over 7 hours--so long it was no longer considered a nap. (A nap to me is 5 hours and less; sleep is 8-12 hours.)

How do you deal with high temperatures?

Stay in shorts and a tank top, drink lots of fluids, leave the windows open and take a cool shower.
