For lunch, I ate pita bread with hummus, a pair of apples, a can of sliced pineapple, and a can of sliced mandarin oranges.

My dad just got back from Scotland, where he took a distillery tour. He brought me back a jar of orange marmalade made with scotch whiskey, and I had some on a croissant. The peaty, smoky aftertaste worked well with the lingering flavor of orange zest.

Tonight it was a bowl of macaroni & cheese, then later a bowl of Fruit Loops, and then I finished the night with some potato chips when I finally decided to stop stuffing my fat face.

Sounds yummy. I'd love to try something like that.

I just had a mandarin and two small croissants.

Golden Delicious apple slices and caramel dip. I've trying to eat more fruit and veggies, but it's not going so well.

"Barmcake" -- sounds like something you'd call someone in a moment of anger. "Hey, f*ck off, barmcake!"(Sorry.)

I just had curries vegetables with brown rice.
