I wish I could come up with a unique idea for my empty youtube channel however, I don't think anyone would listen to me on my opinion of fantasy/sci-fi/horror films..Oh well..

I've been playing with peas, again. I made two more Om Noms out of clay, today. I love Om Nom, he's a Sweet Pea. :D :P

I saw the face of a singer from 1960s for the first time (on YouTube). I was kind of disappointed that her appearance was totally different from what I'd been imagining. Well, I still love some of her songs regardless.

My mother is semi worried for me because of tomorrow/today, great, wants to buy me an ordered pizza or something. Valentines day isn't a day I really think about at all, it's like lesser holidays to me such as St Patties day and such. I don't put a lot of stock in traditions, especially modern American ones.

Unit 5 is selling for $295,000!! !! !! 8O 8O 8O 8O 8O

Almost $100k more than what the people bought it for only 2 years ago. Greedy as*holes. The insurance value of each unit is only $220k each.

What in the flaming f**k!! !

The only upside is that it might positively effect my bank valuation (which I WILL get.....soon.....after I've cleaned the place.....later).

Then again that can't be taken account in my valuation until it actually sells, which at that price could take months.

Anyone else find the 'register/login' button a bit impractical? I end up typing my name and password into the 'register' form because the default setting is for it to be on the 'register' tab. You have to flick to the 'login' tab now before you can log in. It's only a minor inconvenience, but it's unlike anything I've ever seen on a message board.

AND. AND. The same agent they bought it off is selling it again this time, so she fully well knows the true market value of the property. Some poor as*hole is gonna buy this and lose a lot of money on it when they themselves try to sell.

Market prices for properties of this type In This Area HAVE NOT gone up almost 50% in 2 years, it's nigh on impossible. You can't even argue that the price is based off that of similar properties (all the townhouses/units in the same price bracket have much larger floorspaces).

Glad to see you again, CyclopsSummers. Yes, I was thinking the same.

Aren't you getting that message at the top of your screen, above the "Wrong Planet" logo and icon, Kyle?

It's been on my screen for about 12 hours, though posting's been possible for most of that time!

Maybe the connection is not as strong for certain devices.
