I confess, I am going through a mid-life crises or something because I was LITERALLY thinking all weekend about going back to contacts and getting them in a cool hazel color - like Rihanna's.

Now I remember why I can't wear contacts. There isn't enough wetting solution, saline, cleaner - whatever, to keep them from killing my eyes.

Mitharatowen - Pretty bold to post those poor eyes. You get courage points! But even all red and scary - they are still pretty! :)

I confess.. I don't understand why it's brave of me to post my eyes? I never considered not posting them :P I like to share so when I got up this morning and saw them, my first thought was "I need to post this on the forum!!"

I also confess that I am flattered by the compliment

I confess.... it's dinner time soon here as well.

I also confess.... I hope MissMitha's eyes will soon be okay again. (Maybe splashing cold water with cupped hands will bring some relieve. Don't know)

I confess that when I woke up this morning I actually got to see the bay freeze, right before my eyes. The ice slowly spread out. It was the coolest thing.

I confess i have spent some time today looking
over things and pinpointing an area that i will
go over first with my metaldetector as soon as
spring is here - long time ago there were vikings
living here, some signs of stuctures standing there
are still visible as marks in the ground, as pointed
out with the blue arrow in the photo below - can
hardly wait until spring is here :) Also, theres been
alot of activity in the this area from the 1400`s and
up until today 8)

I confess that I find that very cool and would love to have the opportunity to do the same thing. I also confess I had to read your post twice because the first time, I thought I read, "I have spent some time today looking over thongs...." 8O Sorry about that.

I confess.... I'm quite fascinated by the similarities our (N. W. European) languages have.
English, German, the three Scandinavian (Norwegian, Swedish and Danish), Dutch. (maybe some others as well, subs)

I confess.... my grandfather spoke Norwegian and Swedish a bit (for the flower bizz he worked in whole his life)

I confess.... shame I do not.

(plus I confess.... I think some catholic priests might be a bit jealous about the success this thread has)

Ok, dinner.

Later.

It's the same word in german: Schmecken.

German, norwegian, danish, swedish, english and dutch all stem from the old germanistic languages spoken in Gallia (France, Belgium, western Switzerland, northern Italy, and the parts of the Netherlands and Germany to the west of the river Rhine) before the romans came and divided them. (Source: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gallia)

I confess that I sometimes forget to confess and talk excessively about boring subjects instead.

I confess that this language thing is a huge mess,
it started good but then it went haywire :)
we need 1 language, anything more then
that is just complicating things
