Well, I'm still in hospital. I think St. John is going to adopt me.

Today and tomorrow I have unlimited internet (on my mobile but I can use it on my laptop, too). I feel I have to somehow make use of that but I don't know what I should be using that for. In addition, I have about 1.5GB of data left (for my home Internet) that will expire tonight. Is there anything big that's worth downloading?

What can I use that for? I had a quick look at what it is but it doesn't seem to be something I can grasp in a day or even in a week. I like that logo.

No. It's quite a steep learning curb but immensely powerful, enjoyable and rewarding.

You can use it for anything from a laptop/desktop OS right up to a huge corporate server. It's basically UNIX. It's rock solid and almost completely impervious to attacks and viruses and virtually unbreakable (if you know how to configure it correctly).

You can use it as a Web, DHCP, DNS, FTP etc. Server.

If you use it as a desktop OS (in graphical mode using X, you can customise it to look like anything from a Windows desktop to - the sky's the limit.

I LOVE it and use it for many of my servers along with OpenBSD & Sun Microsystems Solaris (RIP).

Try it out if you've got an old unused laptop or desktop computer lying around with nothing important on the hard drive.

Sounds interesting. It might take me some time to understand even the basics but it does look like something worth learning. I'll bookmark their site.

Whenever I walk with other people, I always seem to be left to walk behind everyone else.

When I'm sitting with other people and they're all talking, I'm always left out of the conversation. It was suggested to me, that maybe I'm not trying hard enough to get involved in the conversation so I did several experiments. I tried harder to join in the conversations. It's amazing how the group continues their conversation, happily ignoring me and I end up answering my own questions and having a conversation on my own whilst they blissfully ignore me and continue their conversation right over top of me.

No wonder I've given up on trying to join the human race.

I'm sitting out here with a group of people feeling lonely until a Myna bird flies down nearby and walls around near me and now I don't feel alone anymore. I'm mesmerised. I'm happy. I no longer feel alone.

I'm glad to have revitalized my blog for, it had set in a unused state for far too long. :)

Why call it a driveway? It's not part of the road. There isn't a lot of driving on it. Shouldn't it be called a parkway or something?

It's now after 9am here. I've been awake since yesterday morning. Not that I couldn't sleep.
