I got a lava lamp today on sale. Purple liquid with yellow wax so it also gives off red and orange too.

I saw a white cockroach for the first time. It was crawling on the pavement. I should've taken a picture of it.

My mom didn't allowed me to move several hours away from home for a 2-month internship. Ah well.

Cool! Now I am no fan of roaches but have done some researching trying to identify species I have come across. Know thine enemy, right? I also had a fascination with pigmentation and piebaldism and leucism and melanistic animals and albinism and mosaicism in humans and animals. Do you think it actually lacking in normal pigmentation or was it just freshly moulted?

I had a nap earlier and now I'm wide awake, and hungry, I wish there was a 24hr Tapas place near by, or just anywhere near by to hand me hot food.

I'm sorry but it looks like it was just a regular cockroach that had just molted. I googled white cockroaches and several sites say there's no such thing as a white cockroach. I wonder why that particular one that I saw was crawling around in the middle of the mall in the middle of the day (around 1pm). It was a very sunny day, too. They are meant to stay hidden.

You should keep a stock of cup noodles. They have little/no nutrition but at least they are extremely easy to prepare, warm, tasty and satisfy your stomach.

I have not eaten them before, I'll look out for them though next time I'm in a larger supermarket.

-Crackers with cheese, thinly sliced scallions, and a sprinkle of paprika: microwave for 30 seconds :D

I have fifty tins of mackerel left over from a stock of 300 I bought in 2008. I'm a bit fed up of them now, so I don't know what to do with them. :?
