Yes, it's a laptop bag. I don't know anything about TVs. I won't be buying one for my apartment...

but..but...you have children! and therefore a valid excuse to know the names of all the latest cartoon folk. and perhaps be able to recite several of their songs. what a waste

anyway, i havent had one for like a year. it's nice to not watch dvds on a laptop

I also bought fake blood and some plates, in recent times. all thrilling.

I won't have my children all the time, though. When they aren't with me, the TV will just take up space.

Besides, I'd rather they build something with blocks, draw, run around with a ball, play pretend... etc. TV stifles childrens' imaginations.

From the time I get up, to the time I got to bed, my tv is on. And my imaginations is as active as it has ever been.

I could pull up several studied proving otherwise, but I'm feeling quite lazy right now so the owl wins.

There are studies proving and disproving everything (need I point out the vaccine = autism studies). And I am more inclined to believe in the activeness of my imagination then in studies conducted by people with agendas.

Taupey is going to like this!

It's a Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides display case from my mom's work, and I'm using it to display all of my favorite Johnny Depp movies (all 4 Pirates movies plus Alice in Wonderland, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Edward Scissorhands and Sweeney Todd)
