I got my carpet cleaner yesterday (had to go to TNT to pick it up) and I tested it out on the lounge room carpet today. I gotta say I'm satisfied so far, the vacuum function is marvelous, way more powerful than my regular vacuum cleaner. As far as the actual cleaning function goes I'll see tomorrow when it's dry and I'll give it a second go (it's that dirty lol).

About 1/4 of my foot is purple. Definitely broke the toe. Doesn't hurt all that much, though.

I think that's my first broken bone (lots of cuts, just no breaks).

^ I knew July 4th was an important date for the US people but I couldn't remember what that was.

I nearly stepped on my glasses today. They fell on the carpet while I was sleeping. Luckily I didn't put all my weight on the foot that was about to step on them.

I haven't come across a watermelon that tastes good for probably a year or so. What happened to watermelons? Having wrong textures, tasting stale or not tasting like watermelon. Stupidly I bought some again today because it looked good. I will soon find out.

I read that tomatoes do not taste as good as they used to because they breed them for looks, not flavor.

I honestly don't see the point of celebrating July 4th. It just seems like a lot of pointless patriotism. I mean, our country has done so many horrible things, so what's the point of spending a day pretending the country is amazing? Plus, it's been over 200 years since the Declaration of Independence was written, so why do we have to keep celebrating the anniversary of it? Frankly, it just seems like an excuse for NTs to get off of work and party together.

I, on the other hand, am spending today like every other day in my life: alone, in my room, doing nothing. Yay, America!

It is an excuse of sorts because we need a festival for the summer, turns out white people do have culture. I wish it was on the 21st of June, the summer solstice, but lame old fathers day got that one. I think you hatred of the day mostly has to do with the tacky consumerism that has leeched onto all our holidays. I'll be be spending it the same way though, doing nothing but sitting back and enjoying myself. :)

I really wish that July 4th was more of a summer festival, and less of an exercise in "how patriotic can you be?" I'd really like it a lot more then. In fact, I wish there were some sort of a carnival I could go to today. I'd enjoy that.

Airy air through hairy hair, turned fluffy fluff into frizzy frizz, tangled up in a messy mess, kooky kook became wacky wack, so girly girl, gone nutty nut, with her handy hands, doing wavy waves, running fast and fast through the windy winds, she said "tutti frutti, habala-habala-ba, wishy washy, hahaha"

Someone told me Elaine on Seinfeld wasn't funny. That explains our interactions in a nutshell. :duh:

Things are looking very 'interesting' in Greece right now. As in 'May you live in interesting times'.

Are you sure? I love hunger and sleepiness. Life would be empty without them. They are two of the main reasons why I keep existing.
