posting this yesterday i realized that if my sci-fi was ever made into a movie, tom selleck w THAT mustache, would portray my main character space hero ((benevolently!)sociopath alcoholic) perfectly. comb his hair back, make it more gray = perfect

Yes, why is it at times over the many years, there has been Aspies whom for some unknown reason, feel the need to constantly perpetuate the notion that all aspies must be of the following occupational fields-- Engineering,Computer Programming,etc.. Honestly I'll admit that there are many Aspies in these fields but, it's not like all aspies in the entire world have these occupations and sometimes, wished this would stop.. Personally, I've learned over the years that there is a huge number of occupational areas wherein; you might find an aspie or two working in that realm and all..Well, just as there are right handed & left handed people so, goes the notion in terms of Aspies too.. Actually, a friend of mine whom has Aspergers has suggested to me that, there are some aspies whom are good visually spatial wise and other whom are good verbal wise therefore, I hope many people AS & NT learn that all people in the autistic spectrum are not mirror images of one another..
