Allergic to gluten? I am myself but can eat some types of white bread. Bizarrely 'cos they are not totally gluten free but my belly can take it. Beer, rice and the darker types of bread space me out for hours after eating.

And.... maybe use a good old toaster, Changeling. ('n broodrooster) I do this myself, frozen bread and I take as many slices of (white) bread I wish at that moment and toast them.... not till they turn brown and hard but just till they're defrozen and taste like fresh bread.

Today at work, on my break, I saw, quite uniquely, a young of a Pine Marten. I reckon it was maybe a month old (maybe even younger still) for it was from nose to the tip of it's tail only about 20 cms (8") long.

The place I work is a psychiatric institute and it's basically a huge park.... lets say, beautiful cultivated nature with bushes, pounces and high and old trees everywhere but with all kinds of buildings here and there housing 'clients'.

Anyway, earlier we already found a death rabbit and wondered how it died. Arguing about it and concluding it had to go for flies and maggots would turn it ugly and disgusting. Colleague 'Jo' did remove it with a shovel but the youngster kept coming back to the place the carcass lied before and didn't really notice me standing 3 meters from it.

For the first time in my life I had a good glance of the creature I love and admire so much. The encounter made my day....

Um, I saw the ermine/stoat for four seconds when I was (+/-) 20 y/o and I got fascinated by the creature ever since and the stoat is a full brother of this creature and both are part of the Mustelidae family.

Either that or you're asking for the perverts to come out of the woodwork. Again.

Based on my contrariness, I have determined that the best way to ensure that my depression never returns is to have someone (it has to be someone who hasn't shown me any evidence that I should respect their opinion) tell me over and over that I'm miserable and that my life sucks. I'll immediately start noticing that I'm very happy and that my life is great.
