2 cream crackers spread with a little Polish cream cheese. Very nice although in the 5 or so minutes that lapsed while I made a cup of coffee to accompany this snack seemed to soften the crackers.

Fish soup from a little taqueria near my house. It was really delicious by itself, and came with a bowl of chopped onion and fresh jalapeño. I dumped that in, and it got even yummier! By the time I finished it, though, I was sweating.

I've just eaten two crumpets with a bit of cheese grated on top.

It was bloody lovely too. You just can't whack it.

The thing is I've had bronchitis (self diagnosed :wink: ) for nearly two weeks and I lost my taste buds, so foods been a bit bland for me of late.

Anyway, I just fancied these crumpets, then I thought "I know as a bit of a treat, why not finish them off with a bit of the old grated cheese on top", so that's exactly what I did.
