How can I improve my self-care?
I forget that I need to do things like eat.
My hair is greasy and horrible but I have those anxiety issues about washing it.
I know I have to do it.
Still can't do it.

^ You did it :thumleft:!
Does it feel better to have the grease out? What part of hair washing (or showering) do you dislike?

I have weird sensory issues with washing my hair.
I don't like anything about it.
I don't use shampoo now.
That was one thing.
I alwaupys cry and I'm stupid because a grownup should be able to wash their hair without having a me,drown.

It does feel better now, thankyou.
That last word was supposed to be meltdown.
I counteract the anxiety by drinking.
Counteract is my new fave word,

My mom also mentions how terrible I was with hair washing because I didn't like having water on my head/face.

Have you tried dry shampoo? (I haven't, but I've heard it works well).

My ship is now in the Tasman Sea, and not quite on the same latitude as where I live.

Last night was a disaster with the rapid response. Here the woman was in respiratory failure and you couldn't even get ahold of a respiratory therapist. I'd sure hate to see how they run a code. If you want to die, come to the hospital.

I need beauty rest.

Dry shampoo is good and I 10/10 do recommend.

My heart skipped a beat just then, I thought I sent an email to the wrong person 8O 8O

That sorta blunder wouldn't be impossible when your boi crush and the female workmate advising you on how to woo him have the exact same surname! Can you imagine if I sent an email to him intended for her??

Wonder if I'll see anyone I know tonight at the Caucus, or if anyone I do know will recognize me for that matter. :|
