I never seen the vid before. I'm glad you posted it but I prefer the Cledus T. Judd version of that song. His voice sounds funnier & less creepy It's on his Ray Stevens tribute CD Boogity Boogity but Ray is still awesome

I know my mum wouldn't want it, this way.

this is an incredible example of zappa's guitar playing ability.
he picks up the guitar at 1:26. his other guitarist is extremely good before 1:26, but when zappa begins his rift, it puts into perspective the difference between giftedness and genius. the guitarist before 1:26 is gifted. zappa is more than that.
the bass line repeats over and over, and most guitarists would rise to the highest pinnacle of their ability and then start getting choked off looking new variations to iterate. they exhaust their imagination even though it their imagination is vast.

zappa seems to have a flood of continuously new perspectives that are fed from an endless resource of creative nuance.
