Nothing!

Nothing made me happy, today.

I am never happy, anymore... I have no reason to be happy about a single thing, anymore. :/

My favourite kinds of manga and anime are turning illegal, even in Japan, and all I am met with is failure in regards to everything; especially in regards to trying to find true love. I hate my life. I wish I was dead. Even my interests are taken away from me to crush me entirely.

...My apologies for derailing the thread. -_- I guess this thread is meant for happy postings.

Earlier today I texted a girl asking if she could do lunch tomorrow. When a couple hours went by without a response I assumed she had rejected me, but even then I was still in a great mood because I finally got up the guts to do something like that.

Then about twenty minutes ago I got a response saying "sorry for the delay, that sounds great" (paraphrased). I pretty much spazzed. :D

More thankful than happy I suppose that I woke with all my belongings and life intact.
I don't think I could live anywhere where mother nature could turn angry so suddenly. 8O

I'm assuming you mean the tsunami; glad everything's all right with you.

I now have a job that requires me to interact with people the whole time! It's a relief, honestly. I'm a cashier at a wholesale club (costco, sams type places). Since it's so difficult with me to interact with people, it's nice to be able to have many short conversations through out the day with people who can just assume I'm normal. It's only my second day of training and I've got a handle on most of their procedures so far! I read reviews online about the place before applying and they all said it was a very stress-free place to work.

These type of places are usually membership only, so 1) people are paying to shop there and 2) the company only places warehouses in higher income areas, so everyone you come in contact with is generally very polite. Everyone who comes through seems to be either a mother or father, person with their own business, or elderly.
HAVING SAID ALL THAT, I think it's a perfect job for aspies out there who can handle short conversations and working a register :p
