Excellent. Fingers crossed my chocolate orange turns out good.

Right now I'm drinking a mix of coffee liqueur, amaretto and milk with cacao powder.

Just water at the moment, I'll have to decide what kind of tea I want.

One of the flavors I ended up ordering yesterday was chocolate orange. I'd never heard of orange flavored coffee before. Sounds good, methinks.

I used to roast coffee, and we have a TON of flavor syrups available...a lot of really weird ones. Some are nauseating, some are so strong they'll sting your eyes and make your nose bleed. Some are alright. Cherry's the most volatile one.

We had one flavor called "tiramisu", and I don't know how that one is supposed to work...a coffee flavored coffee? I never got the chance to give it a sniff.

^ 8O Those syrups sound awful. I never have gotten into syrups for coffee. They change the texture of the coffee in ways I can't tolerate. Add onto to that a smell that can cause stinging and bleeding...nope. Just no.

As for the tiramisu, maybe it's a really sweet or strong coffee with a rum flavor? I dunno.

This morning it's cherry coffee again and some water for me.

That's what flavored coffee is, it's ground or whole bean coffee with syrup sprayed over it and blended ;)
The syrup we use is more of an alcohol-based flavoring, so the volatile properties mostly evaporate before it reaches your cup.

I know flavor syrups for baristas and home consumption are a lot thicker, I assume they have sweeteners added in? I've never actually looked.

On the odd occasion that I do have a flavored coffee, I usually opt for a regular coffee with flavored creamer added.

A can of Coca Cola. I've probably drank over 10,000 cans of this stuff over the past decade (no joke).

Tea is nice.

I like Tetley the most. Or Twinings.

I think that's it too. I know if I add things like cinnamon to my coffee grounds, I find it acceptable, but those pump flavor things...oh no. It ends up being 'slimy' to me...the same thing happens when I add sugar to coffee.

Coffee and water for me for me this morning.

Rich & Ripe

A Chilean red wine from ASDA at £2.99 a bottle. How can they sell it at this price, bearing in mind that £2.23 of that is apparently tax?

What am I drinking?

LOL, :drunken:
