New power supply didn't fix it?
I hope at least SOME stuff survived... processors, hard drive and video are more likely to live than mobo and RAM...
Any friends have the same class of board to test the CPU & RAM? Or maybe a reputable shop?

Actually, the new PSU went in great with no problems (and nothing was damaged, thank god). This time I was trying to fix a BIOS bug -- I can't get an update because the manufacturer went out of business, but someone wrote a script that creates a patch. So, I bought a spare pre-programmed EEPROM, and went through all the steps, and... nothing changed. Oh well. At least I didn't brick my system, though.

An idiot called me a b*tch last period. She says this EVERY SINGLE DAY: "I don't know what we're doing."
So, I told her that if she had been paying attention she would know what was going on. She then said that she wasn't here at the beginning of class and to f*ck off, so then I pointed at the white board, which said exactly what we were in the middle of. I almost couldn't keep a straight face when I saw the look on hers.
So although I'm not necessarily mad or unhappy about what happened, realizing that this girl will do the exact same thing tomorrow put me in a bad mood.
I also can't breathe through my nose right now, that kind of sucks.

I promised my kids smoothies this afternoon, and my son even wrote it on my calendar. It just dawned on me the blender is sitting locked away in storage.
