I confess I was so happy not to have to work long hours tonight - I switched from 5-8 to 7:30-11 then only ended up working 7:30-8:45 ^^

Also I'm still sick and now have a sore throat/ear

I confess I was, just this afternoon, wondering over his absence.

I confess do foolish things at times. I bought a John Lee Hooker album and then left it at a friend's house. This has maddened me.

I also confess I've become paranoid about my spelling ability, checking words for correctness even though they are not misspelled (In this post alone I checked "absence," "maddened" and "misspelled," even though they were all fine).

^I confess....that is sad, I wish you the best. You should consider yourself lucky that she is 93 years old, that is way beyond average. :)

She is crystal clear in her mind, very present and know everything about everybody around her and she have her humour but her body is weak and fragile :?

Hey, if you have that attitude then it definitely *will* be like all the 'other failures'. If you treat her like a possible girlfriend, then yeah, there will be risks of heartbreak, but if you have that mindset then it'll be much easier to work towards the goal of getting her interested. Show her your charm, wit, and what a great person you can be, and let the chips fall where they will. If she is indeed interested, she'll be able to see that you are as well and things will move forward from there. You need to be willing to give it a little push to overcome inertia and get the momentum going, though.

Yeah, I know you're right. Just kind of hard to put adopt that mindset. I act more confident around people so maybe I will adopt it around her. But then again, I don't even know the girl that well at all so I may not even like her after all.

Argh! I didn't want to worry about this bull s**t anymore. If I wasn't stranded in this redneck infested hellhole.....! ! :x

But what if the different outcome is a failure?

I mean say I went across the road and got hit by a car, I survived however, I failed because I got hit by a car.
In the same instance If I crossed the road got hit by a car and died, i'd have also failed, see what i'm getting at?

Ah screw it I think too deeply on little things :P

I confess that what really happened is that you succeeded at getting yourself hit by a car and killed.

Ha! I have cellular regeneration so therefore I can't suceed at dieing because I can't die! I WIN!!

I confess I have never owned a brand new mobile phone. I have always used one that someone else got tired of. Well at least I got them for free.
