Well thanks, and one of the new sugar subs, Splenda is made from natural substances as well, and it is better for people since aspartame contains the amino acid, phenylalanine that cannot be processed by persons with a certain inborn error of metabolism called PKU (phenylketonuria). PKU causes this amino acid to build up in toxic amounts in the body since it cannot be metabolized and then a person with PKU is at risk of seizures, mental retardation, etc. (I love since and health related science especially).
