I've been on that diet. Worst week of my life. I picked it up at an event and was throwing up all night and for 2 more days after that. I felt like my stomach was on fire. I couldn't even keep liquid down.

I couldnt eat regular portions of food for a month. Totally lost my appetite.

Lost loads of weight though.

Do not recommend.
