Here's mine:

1. I made out with a girl at age 14 while listening to Elton John.

2. I weighed 111 pounds at age 9, while being just over four feet tall.

3. I have lived outside New York City.

I hope #1 is true. I love Elton John. Don't get me started.... (yes, I'm going to the Farewell tour).

#2 must be a lie because you live in Queen's and I believe you lived in Europe.

Places I'd love to go: (2 truths and a lie)

1. Manhattan
2. Hawaii
3. London

Oh wait, I put two lies and one truth by mistake. Sorry.

Something tells me it's London----because you already live there.

I don't live in London but you're right, I do not want to go there. I have no interest in anything monarchy-related.

One of my other places is also a lie. Which is it?

Yep. You're right. I've never lived outside New York City.

My guess would be Manhattan. How can anybody NOT like Hawaii? And now I'm thinking that you live in Manhattan--because people from outside NYC don't often speak of individual boroughs of it.

And even though Hawaii was "monarchy-related" until about 1898.

Wrong. I'm not interested in Hawaii. I don't like sunshine, remember? Also it seems to be too commercial.
Re: London. I'm obsessed with England but prefer the Yorkshire region.

I have always wanted to go to NYC and in fact planned a career in Manhattan my entire life. I've never even gone.
I like the fact NYC is so crowded and busy that a person can feel invisible. (I assume; I wouldn't know).

Wonder where my boat was?

So many questions. Lol. I'll let you keeping guessing about my life between the boats and the psychopath.

1. My mother cooked my pet bird by mistake
2. I've never seen Star Wars
3. I've never read (or watched) Harry Potter

By the way, what Elton John song / album was it? I'm an aficionado.

The song was "Someone Saved My Life Tonight," which was a hit the year I was 14.

I would say that you've never seen Star Wars.

NOOOOOOOO WAYYYYYYYYYYY
You must know that's my absolute favourite (ahead of Love Lies Bleeding and This Song Has No Title).
It makes me so emotional I can barely even listen to it.

*So save your strength and run the field you play alone*

Synesthesia supreme.
Muggy nights.
Electric chair.
Slip-noose.
Haunted.
Hypnotized.
Roped and tied.
Rescue.
Deep end of the river.
Butterflies fly away high away.
Sweet freedom whispered in my ear.
A truck to take me home.

I'm sleeping with myself tonight. Saved in time. Thank God my music's still alive.

---

The piano melody is tangiable.

Oh my God.

PS. Yes, I did see Star Wars when it first was released in theatres, but I don't remember it.
Therefore, #2 was my lie.

Are you going to see Elton?

I like him. But not enough to spend hundreds of dollars to see him. Money I really don't have.

I saw Star Wars when it came out in theaters, too. I was 16. It remains a vivid memory. It was a great movie.

It was a big deal that my mothers' boyfriend gave me money for Burger King after the movie, which I saw alone.

I got my tickets for face value on the day of the sale, by magic. Something like $45.00 each.
I actually have extras that I need to sell or share.

I like your Star Wars story. I only remember one desert scene with C3P0 and R2D2 from the whole movie. I thought the shorter one was cute but I had / have no clue which character was which. The tall one was annoying. I didn't / don't know what the movie was all about. Some kind of galactic war, I assume. lol. I don't recall who I saw it with, but it was likely my brother.

Did your mom stay with her boyfriend?

What bands have you seen? Give me 2 / 1.

I haven't seen any bands in big arenas---but I've seen the following in relatively small venues:

1. Gordon Lightfoot

2. Melanie

3. Various classical concerts

But I was absolutely steeped in pop music from a very early age.
