No, you don't read that right. What I'm saying is that Canada and the US are on borrowed land and stolen land and that at some point reconciliation will need to occur.

What the hell do you mean unclaimed? Do you think we didn't live on it or did we not adequately stick a flag in it?
Reconciliation refers to resetting the state level relationship between indigenous people and the settlers living on our lands.
We live here and make it what it is.
It's OUR land. We had as much right to do that as anyone. Resetting the relationship? We aren't settlers anymore and haven't been for a long time.
So when does something stolen become legitimately owned?
