I took the name of a Victorian era linguist because he could speak multiple languages and I am the product of a number of peoples and cultures. The multilingual thing is also a refference to the odd life of an Aspie close enough to pass as NT and a life spent on the borders between various groups of people and ways of life. I love all things Victorian. I am not yet eighteen and already own some furniture from that era. I like steampunk as well, though it would be too much trouble to dress that way all the time. The Arminius whose name I appropriated also had something to do with Dracula, which is my favorite guilty pleasure read. That connects to my obsession with fighting the IEP system that wrecked havoc on my family and forever changed the course of my life.

I'd have thought you had taken the name Arminius for Germany's first national hero, and the Roman empire's greatest enemy.

Well I'm Super in so many ways and I'm a Boy and I'm Ian.

Also the name superboyian is a reference of Draganball Z but instead of supersayian its superboyian.

That should clear the confusion of my name.

It's the Greek spelling (in latin alphabet) of "psychopomp", a word of religious/mythological vocabulary. A psychopomp is a surnatural being who guids and protects dead souls in the afterlife.

Well, I'd say that more than likely if Patrick Stewart needed a standin I'd be the next in line for that role as, I'm heading in the direction of being actually bald..Yes I have no problems with stating such..2nd, I once could have been a Teacher of history though, I never did fully apply myself as such..Lastly, I simply try to learn things and not act as,, If I know everything in the entire realm of existence though, there are some things I'm aware of that would shoot down others notions of knowledge neverless.. 8O 8O

Taken from my email account, which is a hybrid of Eagle Talon (as in, the vehicle and nothing else) and my birth year (1986), I'd rather chose a nondescript name over one that might break my anonymity over the Internet. Don't ask why I choose it, I just did and it could just as easily have been something else.

Necrobump :skull:
I must have been about 9 years old, there was this time at school when all the other kids played in the yard, and I sat on the steps by myself, happily drawing up plans for a magnetic levitation train (which I'd recently read about somewhere).

Magnetic levitation -- maglev -- get it?

Thought it might be an appropriate nickname for this forum.
I value my privacy too much to use anything resembling my real name or nicknames from other fora.

AspergersActor8693 Comes from the fact that, well, I am an actor and theatre major at University with Aspergers. The 8693 refers to two years, 1986, which is the model year of my first car/first collector car, and 1993, which refers to my birth year.

Felines are superior because I enjoy their company better and really think they're kinder than humans, and because they obviously think they're superior. You can tell by their behavoir. And they posses skills we humans don't. I had a cat that could read minds. It always knew when I was going to take it to the vet or shove a pill down its throat.

Named after a French Illegalist (individual anarchist) ... his way of robbing was an example for Belgian soldiers in WW1 with their guerilla tactics, who were named 'Bande a Bonnot' (Bonnot's gang).
