Um, along with a coffee, I'm eating this. Turkey fillet around a pickle, four fresh dates, half an orange and a slice of water melon. Might be perceived as a bit of a bizarre combo but the lot over an half hour period. Well, it's also a tad my eating philosophy to have a broad diet of mainly healthy foods. Certain vitamins and minerals in e.g. the dates, others in the orange and again others in what have you.... um, I.
