A very mild night for October - round about now one would expect a first frost, but it is 16 (61) at midnight. It is wet, however.

It's very cloudy here in Norfolk, Virginia at this time, the temp is 72°F, the humidity is 76% and the wind is coming from the NE at 19 mph with gust up to 28 mph. We're suppose to have lots of rain and possibly some thunderstorms throughout the day.

Yes, 31 is too hot :P

Though you can get tired of 15 after a while.

Actually 45C is too hot, 31C is pretty nice especially when the humidity is low...
