Axolotls are cool!

Sylkat, what variety of axolotl do you like best?

These cute baby animals pictures remind me of the days the Soviet Union collapsed. A full-grown bear was located in a Moscow apartment, he was adopted while a cub. The firemen had to tear down several walls to get the poor fellow out.

I'm glad they could rescue him and hope this story had a happy ending for him.

How are the wolves doing?

I'd love to cuddle down in bed and listen to wolves howling down in the forest.

The closest I get is the bellowing of bulls or the cackling of possums.

Local wolves are hiding. I haven't seen Pekka for a while now. Maybe they are traveling to South Africa.

At least I don't need to worry about you being eaten by wolves for a while.

Evolution will always find a way. Wolves eventually learn to swim. Hmm. Can they already?

I can't see why not; dogs can swim and they are very closely related.

It's probably a bit much expecting them to swim to Africa though. Enviro might have to pick them up in a boat if he fancies them outside his bedroom window.

I can try persuade him into thinking a detour through Norway is actually a shortcut on the trip to South Africa. Your fault if he bites my hand.

Geography fails me. I can see Finland and Norway, and I know where I am. I don't think I could reliably place South Africa on the globe though.
