You know, I like Kill Bill 2 better than 1. I like the character Bud, and especially his interaction with his brother and all of the questioning of what he's done in his life.

(Sure, the over-the-top scenes of Tarantino make me cringe in their factual error; Bud blasting what's her name several feet through the air with his 12 gauge double makes pedantic Daniel weep, for example, but that's ok, as most movies are like this.)

(completely random)

sometimes i forget i lived in West-Central
and that's where i learned my attitude.
somedays it can be a good thing to have
somedays not.
one thing i learned (at this sh@@ situation or another;
if you don't have one, the world will roll right over you.
(whether that's what it means to do or not.)

best used in huge doses
apologies sometimes
essential

i really should go into the kitchen and hang out. but between the electric drills and the change in plans (sorry chair), i just want to curl up and go to sleep.

but i can't. so i think i'll just space out and watch a movie.

(that hip hop artist lived on an entirely different West Side than i did--much worse.
and maybe he was a puzzle and contradiction too
but i still want his persistence somewhere in me

wherever it comes from.
wherever it goes to.

sometimes hope comes from
"crazy" places.

A new neighbour is laying a tile floor and uses a electrical saw (a big table with fixed machine) to 'cut' the tiles in the right shape (into halfs mainly). The apparatus stands outside and is about 25 meters opposite from where I am sitting but the noise the thing makes....

ARGH.

*shouts bugger and flees*

Why is it only ever the private schools that advertise for instrumental music teachers? I could get a job with them if I lied and said that I was a Christian, but I'm not going to lie.

I'm trying to get back to my normal posting routine as such, but I may not be posting that much with my new job starting tomorrow though, I'll do my best to keep up with the various forums here on WP
