(hello professor X)

i got another load of wood for $75.00. it's an incredible price for that much--filled the truck-bed and about 2 and a half feet above it.

it's going to be a nice winter!

As long as it isn't an annoying greeter at Best Buy.

I cannot be arsed to watch X factor this year. It just gets more repetitive and boring with each series. I wonder how many sob stories there are.

Is it just me or does the new Doctor Who look like someone out of Twilight?

I really, really hate it when my grandmother just comes in here and starts talking to me when I've got music blaring. She can't hear it like I can, so she thinks it's not loud. All I hear behind is me a muffled voice so I have to stop the music and my stream of consciousness to listen to her tell me something. This time was about her brother who'll be passing away soon. I never really knew the guy, so I have no idea how to respond to that. I know she's sad, but I feel nothing.

What's also irritating is that my own family won't even take the time to learn about Asperger's. My mom is supportive, but she still doesn't get certain things. She also doesn't like to read. I think she has ADD or something.

Normally I'm pretty good at interpreting my conductor's gestures, but I'm still trying to figure out one that she made at the concert on Saturday. She stuck 2 fingers up above and behind her head, like rabbit ears. Some of my guesses for the meaning of it:

"Look at my awesome bunny ears!"

"There is a rabbit on the stage."

"If you play that passage that badly ever again, I will turn you into a rabbit."

Forget the times that he walked by.
Forget the times he made you cry.
Forget the times he spoke your name.
Remember-now, you're not the same.
Forget the time he held your hand.
Forget the sweet things if you can.
Forget the times, and don't pretend.
Remember-now, he's just your imaginary friend.

The opposite of love is not hate, it's indifference.
The opposite of art is not ugliness, it's indifference.
The opposite of faith is not heresy, it's indifference.
And the opposite of life is not death, it's indifference.

I'm beginning to think that I'll always be stuck working with people, because working with people leaves me too worn out to even work out how to start doing anything that could lead to me earning at least a living wage from something that doesn't involve human contact.

Don't make him nerdy. You wouldn't like him when he's nerdy.
