As previously stated, they're usually warped and weird and.. unexplainable.. But they usually have people I know in them, half the time people I haven't spoken to in ages or really obscure people, and generally have a really weird theme.
Like once I dreamt I was with two old classmates on a beach I usually go to, running up the cliffs towards the town (Which had been megally raised in height) to get away from some tidal wave that was going to hit the whole town and destroy the earth or something
And then I was ON the beach just like "Hey, look, a huge wave!"

Same question. Difficult answer but, I'll go with Captain John Boyd from the film,"Ravenus" since he initially he was looked upon as coward but, proved to be courageous later on..
