stopping at a road side diner for ice cream, to have a break, during a road trip with three of my children. We sat outside the diner and enjoyed a few laughs and reflections of our week end....my kids are the best!!

I took the most amazing late-winter photograph of icicles, a while ago... it was -12 C, outside, and I didn't care to put outdoors clothes on, and I lost touch in my hands while trying to take the perfect shot, but it was completely worth it. You never get such photos, ever. Took several variants of it to be sure I got it as perfect as it could be, too...

I'm still cold from it, almost two hours after getting inside, again. >_> Maybe I should make a cup of tea.

My dad taught me how to play poker, and I spent a lot of time playing it with my brother and our mutual friend.

We also watched Saw VI together. I didn't like it much because the story confused me.

Finally, my parents seem to be competent users of their new tv and satellite system.

Hopefully they won't need to call me so often and ask "How do I get rid of the blue screen ?"
