I confess yes, if I was 15 it would have been a big shock. But I wonder why people think I'm in my thirties? Must be my way of getting my point across... very serious.

I confess that I don't find you to be too serious. I think you're very well spoken and it comes across as mature. That would be a compliment though. :)

I confess that people online often think I'm an adult (I'm 13).

LOL I agree! When we had to type our stories for English class on Microsoft Word, most people were having trouble remembering not to write in text talk. I was just typing really fast and efficiently because I spend most of my time online.

Text talk annoys me when people use it just for the hell of it. I only ever use it in text messages, and even then I keep it to a bare minimum. If you could write as much as you want in a text message, I wouldn't use abbreviations at all.

I confess pollen is starting to build up in my area which means I have a very high chance of my allergies acting up now.

I already feel kinda stuffy.

It really annoys me that people around here text talk when speaking! Pretty soon, they'll be speaking only in text talk. :x

There was a girl in one of my classes 2 semesters ago that said "OMG" all the time like saying "Oh my God" was too much for her brain and speech capacity to handle.

I confess.... I know I made some stupid mistakes language wise here but I totally agree with you folks here. Absolute downgrading of language if you'd ask me. Shame.

I confess.... duh? I'm sitting in the same chair at my place (bugger, almost the whole day now). What are you implying here? 8O :D

(others, huh? what the turd are they talking about?)

I confess.... this is not going to be a habit as far as I'm concerned. I like to be an out in the open guy. Secretiveness by others f*cked up my life in the past, big time and as Confusion said, 'don't do to another what you wish not to be done to yourself'.

Oooooops, I confess that's a stupid and lousy mistake on my behalf. Confucius, Chinese: 孔夫子; pinyin: Kǒng Fūzǐ; Wade-Giles: K'ung-fu-tzu, master Kong. Yeah, flame me. That's bad but I get his gist mostly and that's what counts, I reckon.

I used to know someone who did that, was annoying...

Did they say it as letters O.M.G. or did they say it as one word? I knew someone who would say it as a word (saying it as ohm-juh). He also used to say, "lol," all the time, and this was particularly annoying because if he was able to say it then he was not laughing at all.

I confess I have a pain in my back and it had been causing me to behave like a grumpy old man when I was at the supermarket (such places confuse and annoy me even when I am healthy).

^ Same with my experience as well. If this goes on long enough, future generations won't know that letters form words. :x

What a way to destroy the English language. :x
