Make that two of us.

I'm open to meeting anyone who can be arsed to turn up to meet somewhere IRL. Even the WP members i'd probably like to punch in the face, who knows you might be nicer in the flesh

Aww.

I don't see the point in meeting people in person when I communicate 1000% better in writing. I mean, I'm sure you're all great people, but

I've met a couple of WPers IRL - the really cool thing about doing it is you can "Aspie out" all you want without feeling the least bit uncomfortable - that's a really interesting/refreshing feeling - everyone should try it sometime...

There is that. But I get the impression that nearly everyone else here talks a lot more than I do. Of course, that impression could well be wrong, and we could all just sit around not talking to each other. That would be fine.

Same. I'm afraid I'm a bit more boring in person.

Hello Laz and OneStepBeyond. I would like to reciprocate this general feeling of wishing to meet.

I'm not good at these sorts of threads. Suffice it to say that I would like to meet many WP members. But it is unlikely that I will due to my various social anxiety related issues. Maybe I could bring my support worker? (jk)

Most of you are very interesting to me, even (especially?) the eccentric folk who spend most of their time in PPR. I have encountered a lot of viewpoints and perspectives since arriving and am glad to have found you.

I'm afraid however that I do not have an ipod (that works) so I will have to bring my laptop and youtube with me to any meetings. My support worker can carry that.
