Just seeing the names of people posting on the facebook wall who think Aspergers doesn't exist they think it's just an excuse for weakness.

Something is terribly wrong with my sleeping pattern. I've always had trouble falling asleep, but now I can't even sleep through the night any more.

More people in my department got retrenched. I'm sad for one of them. In addition it makes us even busier because there are not enough people to handle all the work.
