Just had an argument with my mum's partner over a bit of fruit cake.

I asked if anyone wanted it. He said yes, and I said to him, "Oh right, I thought you were on a diet."
Him in an angry tone: "NO, I'M NOT ON A DIET."
"Don't raise your voice at me."
"I DIDN'T RAISE MY VOICE AT YOU. I AM NOW THOUGH."
"Fine. I'll chuck it if you're going to shout at me"
"I won't drive you to the station in future"
"Oh, grow up."
"No, you".

He is SO grumpy. He shouts at my mother more because she doesn't answer back. I hate it when people shout.
