Some cucumber, bell pepper and kidney beans without salt or pepper :(

dieting still sucks. If I don't lose at least 1 kg to the end of the week I'm gonna be mad.

Today I've had rice, bread and a very small amount of chicken broth poured over the rice for flavor.

The last couple days, I've mostly been eating government "food bars." They're basically like very dense rectangular sugar cookies except they're not sweet. They're calorie dense, have a long shelf life and are cheap though. I have a surplus of them (I have a shelf of them in my room in this town and a large bag of them in my room in a nearby town) and will be given more and more over the course of the next year or two.
