Wow, well, we hardly get storms here.
Worst I've ever seen is tiles falling off roofs and occasionally a few bricks falling from the tops of houses.
Flooding has never been an issue where I live, snow hasn't been a major problem - last winter was bad but not nearly as much as other places.
