Hello Laz and OneStepBeyond. I would like to reciprocate this general feeling of wishing to meet.

I'm not good at these sorts of threads. Suffice it to say that I would like to meet many WP members. But it is unlikely that I will due to my various social anxiety related issues. Maybe I could bring my support worker? (jk)

Most of you are very interesting to me, even (especially?) the eccentric folk who spend most of their time in PPR. I have encountered a lot of viewpoints and perspectives since arriving and am glad to have found you.

I'm afraid however that I do not have an ipod (that works) so I will have to bring my laptop and youtube with me to any meetings. My support worker can carry that.

I think the next step would be to get some of us in a room together, but with our laptops.

We don't need to make eye contact or anything, but can sit in a circle and converse through WP.

Maybe we could hire a room in a (quiet) pub. Moog is buying the first round obviously.

This might work. You wouldn't mind if I disappeared erratically, though, right? If you do, I can always just space out while rocking...

I do not knowingly know anybody with AS personally with the exception of my daughter and, possibly, my late father, who I now suspect had AS. I would love to meet up with anybody from the forum. I don't think that there are many membeers in Hong Kong though.
