Boiled eggs.

I have noticed that a lot of Aspies seem sorely under-nourished. I would suggest eating more sparsely and aiming for nutrient density, never avoiding fats, and maybe even experimenting with a plant-free diet.
I also believe that it's a good idea to follow the Mosaic Dietary Guidelines.
Pork and shellfish are the most commonly consumed forbidden foods. They are the flesh of undiscriminating scavengers that do not filter out toxins in the same way that other animals do.
