Sausage is a great name for a dog. There was a series in the 70s/80s in the UK called "Thats Life", they had this dog on the show that was meant to be able to say "sausages" . The whole country watched that show, and everyone went along with the idea the dog says "sausages" (when it simply growls, its so crap!). Barmy mass collusion to pretend we can hear "sausages". Dead funny.

Your own family taunts you for your weirdness?

That sucks. The closest family member that'd taunt me for mine was my cousin, luckily. (Coincidentally, she was also less than 12 years old. I'm thinking that calling outsiders "weird" is a kind of thing that young girls do a lot.)
