I know it's the devil's food or whatever, but today I ordered a 3-piece meal at KFC, with fries, gravy and a Pepsi. I had a coupon and thought I'd treat myself.
Just to tell a story my father had a hankering for fried chicken about a week ago, but the only KFC in North Sydney closed down and he would have to drive all the way to the one in Sydney River to buy some. So he went to this place called A&K Lick-a-Chick that's close by and been around forever. But it's been a long time we ate any of their food and the last time I remember having it, it was awful and salty beyond belief. He ordered four pieces and took it home but when he started eating it was awful, dry, and so salty he couldn't eat more than one piece. So he threw the rest away to the crows... my parents are always tossing out leftovers for the crows to eat even though I don't think that's a good idea.
I don't get this A&K chicken place at all, whenever I come visit my parents during holidays it's absolutely packed when we drive by. Don't those people have any taste buds?
