I remember when The Kinks used to calm me down and they were one of the louder bands of the 60s.

Yeah it's always the loudest stuff that really relaxes me. In a way it's validating I suppose, vicarious outlets are great for times of uncertainty and there's nothing violent about loud music, though the uninitiated might think it sounds like a harmonic coffee grinder.

I do have a very positive association with coffee grinders though :P

Nice!^

My job search is intriguing... Could be robotics, could be S/W development, could be digital security, could be space sciences, could be web retail & I'm examining fallbacks as a "gardener" (wink wink) or as a Subaru mechanic (I don't even own a Subie) :jester:

Life is strange.

^Life is strange. That's a severe understandment. I means understatement.

Yeah I'm only comfortable when my life is consistently getting weirder. Everything is on hold while I wait to sift through a bunch of beaurocratic nonsense but beyond that I'm in the clear (with the possible exception of my understanding of financial routing protocols)...

There's actually so much work available I'm having a difficult time finding consensus.

Like today when I finally found all the settings I was missing on my new phone after using it for 2 months. I used to be an Android developer... 8O I suppose these days it's just my main PC.

Yeah, I'm lazy so I'm leaning towards the mechanic route. My friend & I share a lot of expertise & he found a garage space with tools. Living the dream of running a backalley tuner shop is VERY alluring. Oh & it's a fantastic place to hide from womankind while they decide my fate. :P

I'm a dragon today. I'm a weary, worn out dragon so much that it hurts to talk.

My friends taught me to spin fire staffs, try it if your parents dare (or not), it works for that, wheeziness notwithstanding.

WP is advertising to me a "Girls Christian boarding school"

...OK... Sheesh I just wanna build fast cars.

^If you have Google Chrome, you can get add block. I have it.
I half expect myself to start breathing fire. But if I'm an earth dragon, would I just make thorny things grow instead?

I have ABplus on my mobile Firefox, I'm happy to support Alex though despite not clicking the prediction adsor disaable on AdBlock.

Try to avoid proverbial fire-breathing, others might seek to impose medication. Real life fire performance is a favorite art of mine though, rather therapeutic actually, I need to build a bamboo staff with torches & adequately precaution against blowing up my car. :jester:

For future reference I have a fair bit of hair & haven't singed it yet!

^Yeah, I will, especially since if I did start breathing fire, it would freak out my mum, and I certainly don't want that.

True, though when you're 18 in canada you can procure the fuel & zippos necessary to learn actual fire breathing if you so choose, not that I can conscionably reccomend that, though it would be a creative means of freaking your mom out at least, plus you could act plenty draconic that way. Earth is pretty fiery after all, which is also why it's not drowned in solar gamma rays.

My mom thankfully hasn't seen my staffing, though she was supportive :o

Bleh... I freak everyone out. It's something to do at least.

Lest I be relegated to building robots, thankfully I can remain freaky within any system.
