A good talk with someone and as usual music. How can I be happy without music ?

i facebooked with my friend and he got all mushy on me. he totally randomly said he missed me then got all bashful about it and said sorry and tried to make out he was kidding but then i said i missed him and he admitted he did too and how much he wanted me to be at the queer centre over in lebanon and how nobody else listens to his problems except his therapist and crap. he said he worries about me sometimes because i'm so passive. it was so sweet. even if he is lying it's still making me all fuzzy inside. he also taught me the meanings of emoticons. this is my favourite- :v it turns into pacman. also he posted something about artist trade unions going on strike and had a left wing rant on facebook about the economy and the exploitation of workers. he is the last person i would expect to do this. proud.

The breeder is supposed to post new puppy pictures today. My new boy is now 6 weeks old. Four weeks to go.

I have a whole pot of coffee to myself today.

It's been almost overwhelming today...
My package finally arrived so now I have a dandy (but great value) video card for my computer.
The ex called up inviting me to the mall across the street from me so I could meet them there to see the boys & treat them to lunch. I haven't seen them in a month but they got back into the cuddly groove real quick. Brought them to the shop I volunteer my time at and introduced them to the boss, gave 'em a few video games and sent them on their way with many hugs!
While both I and the boss were in a good mood, I proposed a trade - the new 55" TV I got a steal-of-a-deal on for a nice electronic piano. Since expensive pianos don't sell and TV's do, the boss agreed. The piano is worth more but we both benefit greatly. I can turn around and sell it for 3-4x the price of the TV if I can find a buyer... or just keep it and have two great keyboards! Music time!

That smile must've stayed with me 'cause I even got flirted with a few times today...


...daaaang. At least today - life is G-E-W-D gewwwwd!

before i left lebanon my friends and their mum told me how to make kafta(mince meat with parsley and onion patties) so i made them today. they turned out ok. i made some mistakes but not huge ones. i froze some for when uni starts and i can't cook. it reminds me of them.

I am feeling better today.

I had my midterm exam today and I it was really easy, yaaaaaaaaaay!

Now I've just got to hope I didn't make a bunch of careless mistakes in my sleep deprived state........

Eating a load of animal crackers unbeknownst to my mother as she takes a shower.

Its the last day of summer and its a nice cool day, feels good being able to wear a windcheater again.

Maybe "happy" is a bit of a strong word to use in this instance, but I was certainly amused:
