A 7 layer Mexican dip thingy with extra salty chips. I know it's not too healthy, but I've been down lately so I'll worry about working it off later tonight. :-P

Cotton Candy Ice cream. Supposed to be a "kid's flavor", but it's so good. I ate it in a waffle bowl with Smuckers chocolate Shell drizzled on top for extra decadence.

I have now celebrated getting the apartment, and unloading all my stuff. I can't wait to get all of it unpacked and put away so that I can celebrate with food again!
