Finally made it to the grocery store and got "the good chicken", and made a chicken casserole last night, and had it for supper----then, again, this morning, for breakfast. YUMMMMM!!

aspartame has been tested to death and found to be the safest sweetener available (according to the medical letter, a resource doctors use to decide what to prescribe). the american dietitic assoc. cites aspartame as useful for weight loss. it has been so for me. unless you are allergic to it or have PKU, enjoy!
