Yum! Sounds delicious. I hear that citrus fruits go well with quinoa. I myself usually use lemon or lime juice with quinoa.

Jory, the turkey breast medallions looks nice. Which one was the best in your opinion?

I've just had a simple fruit salad (pineapple, grapefruit, a passion fruit). Absolutely delicious. I exist for this pleasure. The pineapple and passion fruits were particularly very good ones.

Of the Boston Markets I've been having lately, the turkey breast medallions are the best. My only nitpick is that the vegetable mix with green beans and carrots could use a third ingredient like corn. Other than that, delicious. And they don't skimp on those turkey bites either.
