2 cups of liquified turkey, quinoa, sweet potato, carrot, and kale, soup sock, with 1/4 cup of ground flax seed stirred in and a large glass of water with some fish oil and vitamins. The soup has a viscosity similar to whipped potatoes lol, its not really a soup anymore its so thick it is more like a slurry.

This is meal number 2 of 6 today. 4 more meals identical to this one as well as 2 x large glasses (~450ml each) of homemade carrot/beet/parsley/apple juice mixed with 1/3 cup ground flax seed each and a few tbsp of flax seed oil.

Eating my usual stew: Red beans, tomato, salt, pepper. Today with carrot, potato, onion, oregano.
I thought about making rice as extra, but nah too lazy right now.
I'll probably make some later and eat it with leftovers.

I have for the past 4 months because I've got so sick from a roundworm infection in my gut.
