Well, I had salmon fishcakes tonight.

They were accompanied by baby new potatoes, crispy salad leaves, coleslaw and beetroot salad.

And what a culinary delight it was too.

I have some cod and cheese fishcakes in.

What you had sounds good.

I had liver and onions, with tomatoes, mashed potatoes and cauliflower cheese.

My dad made lamb stew. It was so good! 8O :D :D

Tried something new. Smoothie with 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup of almond butter, 1 cup of almond milk, 1 banana, 1 tbsp of raw unpasteurized honey, a few frozen mango chunks, blended up then I stirred in 2/3 cup ground flax seed. Iunno how many calories, probably a lot, but who knows how many I actually digest...
