I confess I have no motivation for anything. All I want to do lately is lay around and sleep.

^ I confess you're living my life. I've had to nap every day this week. But my meds were upped on Wednesday so that's the reason for me. I'm still lacking motivation though.

I confess that I should be going to sleep but I'm just too worried about tomorrow, I don't remember the arm movements to my exercise that I'm teaching...
